Michael Streissguth is the author of “Johnny Cash: The Biography,” “Johnny Cash at Folsom Prison,” “Ring Of Fire: The Johnny Cash Reader,” “Outlaw: Waylon, Willie, Kris, and the Renegades of Nashville” and several other books focusing on American music. They are available at Amazon and elsewhere. Michael is an Associate Professor of English at Le Moyne College.
