Needless to say, we all can use a laugh. There are lots of funny band names. Below is one for each letter (no X) from Digital Dream Door. It’s likely that many are just gags and the bands themselves were nominal. I did see three in the list that became bands of note: Flogging Molly, ? and the Mysterians, They Might be Giants and Kinky Friedman and the Texas Jewboys.
Check out The Marx Brothers and Laurel and Hardy for sheer brilliance, albeit from a very different era.
