I highly recommend the Facebook Page of Neil Ratner, who calls himself the “Roc Doc.”

His entertaining posts have an almost limitless wealth of remembrances and inside knowledge. This one focuses on “Clap for the Wolfman,” The Guess Who’s tribute to Wolfman Jack.

Above is the version featuring the Wolfman. It has no video, though the photos are interesting. Below is a video of the band performing the song, sans Wolfie.

Here is more on the great Canadian band, which also is associated with Bachman Turner Overdrive. Canada has produced some of the greatest rock/pop musicians and songwriters.
